This equipment is the perfect type of machine and equipment for the production of reinforced concrete pipes and precast concrete pipes. The principle of operation
This equipment uses a roller to support the formwork for the pipes and create a rolling force for the concrete in the formwork. When the roller rotates at a high speed, the concrete in the mold spreads along the inner wall of the pipe mold and forms a cement pipe by centrifugal force, and when the inner concrete and the mold pass along the roller, the concrete between the mold and the roller is compressed to form a pipe.
Description of concrete pipe making equipment:
Short production cycle: Due to the good rolling effect for concrete compaction, each pipe takes only 3-5 minutes due to the high-speed rotation of the roller.
This pipe making equipment uses dry casting material, there is no melt waste, so it does not pollute the environment. Noise during production is low, around 80-90 dB. Concrete pipes withstand high pressure loads and are high productivity.
Features:
one pipe production cycle is about 10-15 minutes (including forming cycle, mold moving and mold return). The period of hardening (hardening) is about 4 hours.
