Block and brick making line- US-QTJ4-20A

This line, which serves for the production of cement blocks and road aggregates, has a capacity of 20 kW. The equipment uses 5-ton vibration and pressing during the product preparation process. Molding equipment is 3500 kg and size is 3380*1560*2300 mm. The line mainly produces 4 types of blocks. The block size is 400*150*200mm and there are 5 bricks in one mould. The line has a production rate of 5760 bricks of this type in 8 hours.
