The USGD-6GW six-station premade pouch packing system is designed for automated filling and sealing of granulated materials. This equipment is engineered for granular and small solid products. It can pack rice, sugar, salt, coffee beans, seeds, nuts, snacks, pet food pellets, tea granules, dried fruits, fertilizer particles, detergent beads, spices, and similar items. The integrated 10-head weigher with 1.6 L hoppers ensures accurate dosing for different densities and maintains consistent portion sizes from 5 g up to 2500 g.

Production capacity reaches 20–50 pouches per minute, depending on product flow characteristics, bag size, and filling weight. The multi-station layout allows simultaneous operations such as feeding, opening, filling, and sealing to improve efficiency.

Supported pouch length ranges from 140–300 mm and width from 80–200 mm. The machine handles flat pouches, stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, handle bags, and M-type bags. Certain bag styles may require partial mechanical adjustment for optimal operation.
