The USGD-200R is an advanced premade pouch filling and sealing unit designed for granules and selected powder materials. With 8 working stations, the system ensures synchronized operations from pouch feeding to final sealing for stable production output.
This equipment is suitable for packaging rice, beans, nuts, seeds, sugar, salt, snacks, pet food, cereal, spices, coffee granules, tea blends, detergent granules, fertilizer particles, and certain fine powders such as milk powder, seasoning powder, protein powder, and chemical powders. The machine performs best with free-flowing materials that can be accurately dosed within 10–2500 g.
It supports various premade pouch styles including gusset bags, four-side seal pouches, fin-seal pouches, zipper bags, and spout pouches. Acceptable pouch dimensions range from 55–200 mm width and 100–400 mm length, covering both compact and medium-size retail packaging.
Operating speed reaches 45–60 bags per minute, depending on product density, filling weight, and pouch type. The multi-station design allows continuous loading and sealing for consistent throughput.
All clamping widths can be adjusted through a single control wheel, allowing quick format changes between pouch sizes. This feature helps reduce downtime during production shifts.
