The USZH-1990 high-speed cartoning system is designed for rapid box loading and closing in production lines. It operates at 40–80 boxes per minute and supports carton sizes from 80×20×15 mm up to 190×90×60 mm. The unit runs on 220V-50Hz power with a total consumption of 1.875 kW, including a 1.1 kW main motor, and features overall dimensions of 3316 × 1230 × 1884 mm with a weight of 1500 kg.

This equipment can load and package a wide variety of products into cartons, including sachets, cosmetic items, pharmaceuticals, small bottles, tubes, blister packs, snacks, tea packs, and hardware accessories. It is ideal for items that fit within box dimensions up to 190 mm length, 90 mm width, and 60 mm height, making it versatile for food, cosmetic, and medical industries.

⚙️ Carton Material Requirements

The machine is compatible with folding cartons made from gray cardboard in the range of 300–350 g/m³ and white cardboard between 250–350 g/m³. This ensures stable forming and sealing during high-speed operation while maintaining box integrity and visual quality.

⚙️ Operating Conditions

Stable performance is achieved with an air supply of 0.5–0.8 MPa, and the operating noise level remains at ≤80 dB, making it suitable for industrial environments. The balanced structure and heavy-duty 1500 kg frame ensure reliable operation during continuous shifts.
