It operates at 20–45 boxes per minute, supporting carton dimensions from a minimum of 90×30×20 mm up to 260×180×80 mm. The unit runs on 220V-50Hz power with a total consumption of 1.62 kW, including a 1.5 kW main motor, ensuring efficient and continuous operation.

⚙️ Products Suitable for Packing

This equipment is designed for placing various products into cartons such as sachets, cosmetic items, medicine packs, food portions, small containers, tubes, blister packs, confectionery, tea bags, and similar goods. Items that fit inside cartons up to 260 mm length, 180 mm width, and 80 mm height can be handled efficiently, making the machine suitable for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and light industrial sectors.

⚙️ Carton Material Compatibility

The machine works with folding cartons made from gray cardboard in the range of 300–350 g/m³ and white cardboard from 250–350 g/m³. This ensures reliable box forming and sealing even at higher production speeds while maintaining visual quality and structural stability.
