The three-layer co-extrusion film blowing line is engineered for stable production of multilayer plastic film with consistent thickness and structure. It delivers a maximum film width of 800 mm and supports HD film thickness from 0.008–0.08 mm. With a production capacity reaching up to 100 kg/hour, the system is suitable for continuous industrial operation and medium-scale output.

This equipment is specifically designed for processing HDPE material. It is widely used for producing shopping bags, liner film, industrial wrapping film, agricultural covers, packaging film, and lightweight plastic sheets. The multilayer co-extrusion process enhances durability, flexibility, and resistance properties in the final film, making it suitable for various packaging and industrial applications.

⚙️ Extrusion Performance

The machine is equipped with dual screws measuring ϕ45 × 2 mm, driven by motors rated at 15 × 2 kW. This configuration ensures stable melt flow and balanced layer distribution during operation. The extrusion die size for HD material is ϕ80/100 mm, providing reliable bubble formation and uniform film output across long production cycles.

⚙️ Winding System

The winding section includes a 1.5 kW motor and supports winding speeds from 10–80 m/min, allowing smooth roll formation for different film thicknesses. The system maintains stable tension and ensures that finished rolls are evenly wound and ready for further processing or shipment.

The machine operates on 380 V / 50 Hz / 3-phase electrical supply and has overall dimensions of 6.2 × 2.75 × 5.2 m, making it suitable for industrial installation areas.
