The three-layer co-extrusion film blowing line is designed for consistent HD film manufacturing in industrial environments. This equipment is optimized specifically for HDPE resin processing. It produces high-density films used in shopping bags, garbage liners, agricultural covers, protective wrapping, and industrial packaging films. The extrusion die size of ϕ80/100 mm and dual screws of ϕ45 × 2 mm ensure even melt distribution across three layers, resulting in strong and uniform film quality.

 

⚙️ Performance & Drive System
The extrusion section uses two driving motors rated at 15 kW × 2, delivering stable torque and consistent material flow. The winding motor operates at 1.5 kW, supporting winding speeds from 10–80 m/min. These parameters allow efficient roll formation and minimal downtime during production shifts. The multilayer configuration enhances film strength and improves load capacity.
