The USMD-45×2-600 double color film blowing machine is engineered for efficiency and precision. It can produce films up to 600 mm wide with a thickness ranging from 0.008 to 0.08 mm. The machine’s maximum extrusion output is 55 kg per hour, making it suitable for consistent, high-quality film production.
The machine features a dual screw system with a diameter of ϕ45×2 mm and an L/D ratio of 28:1. Constructed from durable 38 CRMOALA material for both screws and barrels, it operates with two 11 kW driving motors and includes 250W×2×2 barrel cooling fans. Thermo control is divided into 3 zones, ensuring stable and uniform extrusion.
The extrusion die is designed for precision, with a high-diameter of ϕ60 mm. Equipped with a standard manual screen changer and 2-zone thermo control, the machine ensures a consistent melt flow. A ϕ620 mm air ring and a 2.2 kW cooling blower further optimize the film cooling process, while a center steady stick provides stability during expansion.
The take-up unit includes rollers with a width of ϕ138×650 mm and embossing rollers 550 mm wide. Its motor operates at 0.75 kW with a variable speed range of 10–80 m/min. The height is adjustable up to 700 mm, allowing operators to manage film thickness and tension precisely.
The surface friction winder has a roller width of 700 mm and a winding motor torque of 6 N.M. It operates at speeds from 10–80 m/min. The winder is powered by 380V, 50HZ, 3-phase electricity, providing stable, high-speed winding for large-scale production.
This double color film blowing machine combines durability, precision, and adaptability. Its robust frame, dual extrusion units, and efficient take-up and winding systems maximize output while maintaining consistent film quality, ensuring smooth operations and reduced downtime.
