The USMD-H2-65 machine is designed for producing double-side polyethylene film rolls used in industrial packaging and processing operations. It can generate film with a maximum width of 600 × 2 mm, allowing two film streams to be produced simultaneously. The film thickness can be adjusted within 0.008 – 0.08 mm, and the machine delivers a maximum extrusion output of 70 kg per hour, ensuring stable and continuous production.
The extrusion process is powered by a precision-engineered screw with a diameter of ϕ65 mm. This component melts and pushes the raw polymer through the system with controlled pressure and temperature. The larger screw diameter improves melt stability and supports higher output capacity compared to smaller extrusion systems.
The machine is equipped with a ϕ50/60 × 2 extrusion die head, which forms two film tubes at the same time. This dual-head configuration enables the system to produce two film layers simultaneously, improving efficiency while maintaining consistent film thickness and uniform distribution during the blowing process.
This equipment is used to transform molten polymer into thin tubular film through the film blowing process. After extrusion, the film is expanded using air pressure, cooled, flattened, and finally wound into rolls. The result is a continuous polyethylene film roll that can be further processed or used in packaging and industrial applications.
The machine operates using 380V / 50Hz / 3-phase electrical power, which is standard for industrial production equipment. The electrical system regulates heating, extrusion temperature, and operational stability, ensuring safe and efficient performance during long production cycles.
The overall dimensions of the machine are 5.5 × 3.4 × 4.3 meters, providing a stable vertical film blowing structure. This configuration allows efficient use of factory space while supporting a continuous production process and organized workflow within manufacturing facilities.
