The US-XBF-550 is a lower-heating blister packaging unit designed for efficient forming and sealing of PVC and glued-paper packs. With adjustable heating, cooling, and extension timers ranging from 0–10 seconds, it ensures stable and controlled operation for various product types.
Equipped with a 6-level adjustable heating current, the machine provides precise thermal performance. This allows operators to match the exact heat requirement of each blister mold, preventing deformation and ensuring crisp, clean forming.
The integrated cooling function with a flexible 0–10 second range helps maintain product shape after forming. This guarantees consistency in blister depth and clarity, even during long production cycles.
The system comes with 3 molds in one set, suitable for product sizes up to 130 mm.
Its 540×390 mm linking piece area and 1080 mm working disc surface provide ample space to handle medium-scale packaging tasks without interruption.
With a cycle time of 3–7 seconds per mold, the US-XBF-550 delivers rapid blister production, making it ideal for manufacturers needing continuous throughput with stable performance.
Powered by 220V/50Hz, the machine features electronic controls, a 6-digit counter, and an efficient lower-heating system that reduces energy loss and ensures uniform temperature distribution.
