This equipment is primarily designed for granular materials such as sugar, rice, beans, lentils, nuts, coffee beans, seeds, snacks, spices, pet food, fertilizer granules, detergent granules, plastic pellets, and similar free-flowing products. With a dosing range of 10–2500 g, it supports both small consumer packs and larger retail or industrial pouches with consistent accuracy.
The system works with multiple pouch structures including gusset bags, four-side-seal pouches, fin-seal bags, zipper pouches, spout pouches, and similar designs. This flexibility allows manufacturers to produce various packaging styles on one line.
Compatible pouch dimensions include widths from 80–200 mm and lengths from 100–350 mm. This range enables the production of compact retail packs and larger family-size packages without replacing major components.
Production speed reaches 20–60 bags per minute, depending on filling weight and product flow characteristics. The synchronized 8-station mechanism ensures smooth pouch feeding, filling, sealing, and discharge.
All product-contact components are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, ensuring hygienic operation and durability. The total equipment weight is approximately 1400 kg, and the frame size measures 2170 × 1540 × 1430 mm, providing a stable industrial structure.
