With the help of this equipment for dough processing, i.e. for spreading, we can process the French dessert - croissant, or the dough used in our national dishes. The maximum dough spreading thickness of the equipment is up to 0.1mm and it can be adjusted up to 24mm. The conveyor width of the 220V equipment is 350mm.
