The US-150LR left-right sorting checkweigher is designed for precise weight verification and automatic separation of compliant and non-compliant items. It operates within a weighing scope of 1–300 g and achieves an accuracy of ±0.1 g depending on product characteristics. With a maximum throughput of 40 pieces per minute, the unit ensures stable inspection in compact production environments.

⚙️ Product Handling

This equipment is suitable for weighing and sorting snack portions, confectionery pieces, small bakery items, sachets, hardware components, cosmetic samples, medical accessories, and other lightweight goods. Products with dimensions up to 200 mm in length, 150 mm in width, and 3–50 mm in height can be processed. Each item is checked individually, ensuring only correctly weighed products continue along the line.

⚙️ Sorting Mechanism

The left-right rejection structure automatically separates items based on measurement results. Correctly weighed pieces move forward to the right conveyor, while items outside the set tolerance are redirected to the left side. This configuration improves quality control and reduces manual inspection time.

Powered by AC 220 V 50 Hz with an approximate consumption of 200 W, the machine maintains stable and efficient operation. The sensitive weighing sensor delivers consistent readings even at higher speeds. Adjustable parameters allow operators to define acceptable weight ranges for different products.
