The USSJ-A80 is a plastic recycling pelletizing line designed as a complete set of machines for processing plastic waste and converting it into reusable pellets. The extrusion process is driven by a powerful 80 kW extruder motor, while the agglomeration unit operates with a 75 kW motor to prepare the material before extrusion. The system can run at a rotary speed ranging from 10 to 150, allowing operators to adjust performance depending on processing conditions.

The USSJ-A80 pelletizing line delivers an output capacity of 150–250 kg per hour, making it suitable for medium-scale recycling operations. This production capability enables companies to efficiently convert plastic waste into valuable raw material for future manufacturing cycles.
