The agglomerator unit operates with a 75 kW motor, allowing plastic film and soft waste materials to be compacted before entering the extrusion section. This dual-power system ensures stable productivity and smooth processing.
🔄 Flexible Production Capacity
The machine operates with a rotary speed ranging from 10 to 150 rpm, allowing operators to adjust the processing speed depending on material type and thickness. The production capacity reaches approximately 150–250 kg per hour, making the system suitable for small and medium-scale recycling plants.
