The USSJ-A100 is a complete plastic recycling pelletizing line designed to convert plastic waste into uniform granules suitable for further industrial processing. This set of machines forms an integrated recycling system that performs several stages of processing, allowing used plastic materials to be transformed into reusable raw material.

This pelletizing line is primarily used in recycling facilities and manufacturing plants where plastic waste needs to be processed and reused. The system melts and reforms plastic material, producing standardized pellets that are easier to store, transport, and feed into future production processes.

⚙️ Extrusion Structure and Screw Design

The system is equipped with a 100 mm screw diameter and an L/D ratio of 31:1, which ensures stable feeding, proper melting, and effective mixing during the recycling process. This design allows the machine to maintain continuous operation while producing pellets with consistent shape and density.

⚙️ Motor Power and Operational Control

The extrusion unit is powered by a 110 kW extruder motor, delivering strong mechanical performance for industrial recycling tasks. Material preparation is handled by an agglomerator motor with 75 kW power, while the operating rotary speed ranges from 10 to 150, giving operators flexibility to adjust the process according to production conditions.

⚙️ Production Capacity

The USSJ-A100 pelletizing line can produce between 250 and 350 kg of pellets per hour, making it suitable for medium and high-capacity recycling operations. This production level allows companies to efficiently convert plastic waste into valuable secondary raw materials used in further manufacturing cycles.
