The USMD-R80 is a compact plastic recycling granulator designed for processing HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE film waste. This system converts plastic film scraps into reusable pellets that can be returned to production lines. With a maximum output capacity of 65 kg per hour, the equipment is suitable for small and medium recycling operations in plastic manufacturing facilities.
⚙️ Durable Screw and Barrel Construction
The extrusion unit features a high-strength screw made from Bimatic material, which improves wear resistance and ensures long service life. The barrel is manufactured from 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, providing excellent durability under high temperature and pressure. The screw design with an L/D ratio of 18:1 allows efficient melting and mixing of plastic material during processing.

⚡ Efficient Motor and Drive System
The recycling machine operates with a 18.5 kW main motor equipped with a Delta inverter, allowing precise speed control and energy efficiency. The heat-cutting pelletizer uses a 1.1 kW motor with inverter to produce uniform plastic granules. Additional airflow is supported by a 2.2 kW vacuum fan and a 2.2 kW transfer fan, ensuring smooth material movement through the system.
🌡️ Temperature Control and Cooling System
The barrel heating section includes 4 independent temperature control zones, allowing operators to regulate the melting process accurately. To maintain stable operating conditions, the machine uses two cooling fans rated at 0.2 kW each. The system also includes a manual screen changer, enabling quick filter replacement during recycling operations.
