The USMD-R80 is an air-cooling heat cutting recycling machine designed for plastic processing and pellet production. This granulating system converts used plastic materials into uniform pellets through a heating, extrusion, and cutting process. The equipment is developed for recycling facilities and production environments where plastic waste needs to be reprocessed into reusable raw material.
This recycling equipment is used to transform plastic waste into small granules that can be reused in manufacturing processes. By melting and cutting the processed material, the machine produces consistent pellets that simplify storage, transportation, and further industrial use. Such systems help companies reduce waste and improve material utilization.
The USMD-R80 is equipped with a durable extrusion unit featuring a screw made from Bimatic material and a barrel manufactured from 38CrMoAlA steel. The machine operates with an L/D ratio of 18:1, ensuring stable material feeding, melting, and mixing during the recycling process.
The main extrusion process is driven by an 18.5 kW motor equipped with a Delta inverter, allowing precise speed control. The heating system is managed through 4 temperature control zones, which maintain stable processing conditions. Additional cooling is supported by two barrel cooling fans rated at 0.2 kW each.
The machine includes several supporting units such as a manual screen changer, a 1.1 kW heat cutting motor with inverter, a 2.2 kW vacuum fan, and a 2.2 kW transfer fan. These components ensure smooth pellet formation and stable operation. The maximum output capacity reaches 65 kg, making the machine suitable for small and medium-scale recycling operations.
